Terms of service

1. Who we are. Atomic Goats is the shop at shop.atomicgoats.com, run by Atomic Goats Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17068754, registered office 8 Roman Way, Stilton, Peterborough, PE7 3RU. We are not registered for VAT. Email: thomas.turner@atomicgoats.com. In these terms "we" means that company and "you" means the person buying.

2. These terms. They apply to every order you place on shop.atomicgoats.com. They do not take away any right you have by law. If anything in them seems to, your legal right wins.

3. Who these terms are for. You must be 18 or over to buy. We sell to people buying for themselves, not for a business. We deliver to UK addresses only.

4. Your order and the contract. When you place an order we email you to confirm it, and the contract is made when that email is sent. If we then cannot supply a piece, we tell you and refund you in full for it; we do not substitute another.

5. How we supply. We do not hold stock. When you order, we pass the order to the supplier of each piece, who packs it and posts it straight to you. You are buying from us, not from the supplier: if anything goes wrong, you deal with us.

6. Prices and payment. Prices are in pounds. We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added: the price shown is the price you pay, plus delivery. Delivery is £4.95 an order, and free on orders of £50 or more; it is shown before you pay. Payment is taken when you order, through Shopify Payments. If a price on the shop is plainly wrong, we tell you before the order is sent and you may cancel.

7. Delivery. Delivery normally takes 2 to 8 working days from your order; we cannot promise a day. An order with pieces from more than one supplier arrives in more than one parcel. Pieces are at our risk until they reach you. If your parcel has not arrived 10 working days after you ordered, tell us: we send it again or refund you in full, whichever you choose, without waiting while we look for it. 8. Your right to cancel (change of mind). You may cancel any piece, for any reason, until 14 days after the day it arrives; for an order that comes in several parcels, until 14 days after the last parcel arrives. To cancel, tell us clearly, by email to thomas.turner@atomicgoats.com or with the form below. You then have 14 more days to send the piece back. You pay the return postage. We refund the price of the piece, and the standard delivery charge if you cancel the whole order, within 14 days of the piece reaching the returns address or of you sending us proof of postage, if that is sooner. We refund to the card or account you paid with. We may reduce a refund only to reflect any loss in value caused by handling the piece more than you would need to see what it is, how it looks and whether it fits.

9. Faulty pieces, pieces not as described, and the AI pictures. If a piece is faulty or damaged, or does not match the supplier's photos or description, you have your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which include a refund, repair or replacement; we pay the return postage. If a piece does not look like an AI picture you were shown in the shop, we treat it as not as described: we pay the postage and refund you, with no time limit set by us. Nothing in these terms or in the AI note under our pictures reduces those rights.

10. The AI pictures. Some pictures in the shop are drawn by AI and are labelled as such. They show how pieces look together, or on a model; they do not show fit or size, and lengths are often wrong. Buy from the supplier's photos, description and size chart on the product page.

11. How to return. Email us first with your order number and the piece. We reply, normally within two working days, with the address to send it to: the supplier's UK returns address, which depends on the piece. Please wait for that reply before posting anything, and keep your proof of postage.

12. Our responsibility to you. We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not foreseeable. We do not exclude or limit our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

13. Your data. How we use your information is in our Privacy notice.

14. Complaints and the law. Write to thomas.turner@atomicgoats.com and a person replies. If we cannot settle a complaint, we will tell you whether an independent dispute-resolution service can help. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you may bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring a claim in your own country's courts, and its law protects you as well.
