What it costs. £4.95 an order. Free on orders of £50 or more. One charge per order, however many parcels it comes in.
How long it takes. Usually 2 to 8 working days from your order, depending on the piece: some suppliers send the next day, others take up to five working days to send. Each product page says which. We cannot promise a day. If you need it for a date, leave room.
Who sends your parcel. The supplier of each piece, not us. We do not hold the clothes. When you order, we pass the order to the supplier, and the supplier packs it and posts it straight to you.
You bought it from us, though. If anything goes wrong, you write to us, not to the supplier or the courier.
More than one parcel. If your order has pieces from more than one supplier, it comes in more than one parcel, and the parcels may arrive on different days.
Where we deliver. UK addresses only, for now.
If it does not arrive. If your parcel has not come 10 working days after you ordered, write to thomas.turner@atomicgoats.com with your order number. We send it again or refund you in full, whichever you choose. You do not wait while we look for it.
If it arrives damaged or wrong. See Returns. You do not pay to send it back.
