Shipping policy

Last updated 5 November 2026.

What it costs. £4.95 an order. Free on orders of £50 or more. One charge per order, however many parcels it comes in.

How long it takes. Usually 2 to 8 working days from your order, depending on the piece. We cannot promise a day.

Who sends it. The supplier of each piece packs it and posts it straight to you. You bought it from us, so if anything goes wrong, write to us.

More than one parcel. An order with pieces from more than one supplier comes in more than one parcel, which may arrive on different days.

Where we deliver. UK addresses only, for now.

If it does not arrive. If your parcel has not come 10 working days after you ordered, write to thomas.turner@atomicgoats.com with your order number. We send it again or refund you in full, whichever you choose, without waiting while we look for it.

If it arrives damaged or wrong, see Returns: you do not pay to send it back.
