Common questions

What do the stylists get wrong?

Enough that you should know before you trust them.

  • The pictures. They are drawn by AI, and they are not photographs, even on your own photo. What they get wrong is on the pictures page.
  • Fit. A model isn't you, and a picture on your photo is not a fitting. The stylists can't show your size, and don't know whether your size is left.
  • The whole shop. They choose from part of the range at a time, not all of it. The search may find what they missed.
  • Prices. They are not told what things cost, or your budget. Check the price on the piece.
  • Shoes and suits. We don't sell shoes yet. Suits are in the shop, but the stylists can't yet put one in an outfit.

Are the stylists real people?

No. They are drawings, and the advice behind them comes from an AI. There is no one typing. The people are behind the email address: write to thomas.turner@atomicgoats.com and a person reads it and sends the reply.

Do I have to use a stylist, make an account, or send a photo?

No. Women, Men, the search and the filters work without the stylists. You can check out as a guest, without an account. You never have to send a photo: the stylists can show clothes on a model you pick. If you want to see clothes on a photo of yourself, you sign in to an account, you are told first what happens to the photo, and you can delete it at any time.

Who sends my order, and how long does it take?

The supplier of each piece posts it straight to you; we do not hold the clothes. An order from more than one supplier comes in more than one parcel. If anything goes wrong, you write to us, not the supplier. The detail is on the Delivery page.

What if it does not fit, or does not look like the picture?

If it does not fit, or you change your mind: tell us within 14 days of it arriving and send it back. You pay the postage. If it is faulty, not what the product page showed or said, or not like the AI picture you were shown: we pay the postage and refund you. The detail is on the Returns page.
